Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of purchase.

UK orders are sent via Evri tracked delivery. Delivery is normally expected within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weekends or bank holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

International Delivery

International shipping is not currently available through our online checkout.

For international orders, please email info@vanessaofori.com for a personalised shipping quote. Please include your delivery country and the item(s) you would like to purchase.

International delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email info@vanessaofori.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.

Once you have notified us of your return, the item should be sent back within a further 14 days.

Items should be returned:

  • Unworn, other than for trying on

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • With original tags attached where possible

  • In the original packaging where possible

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

For unwanted items, size changes or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

We strongly recommend using a tracked return service and keeping your proof of postage until your return or exchange has been completed.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email info@vanessaofori.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect, reasonable return postage costs will be covered by Vanessa Ofori.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Where applicable, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that the item has been sent back.

Any refund of the original delivery charge will be made in accordance with your statutory rights.
